Charter Licence Services and Procedures

“NETWORK is the recognised authority in Spain when dealing with all aspects of charter yacht administration.”

Network’s multilingual staff maintain direct contact with the major governing authorities, not only  Nationally and Regionally, but also within the EU, and as such have front row tickets to changes  or developments in legislation and administrative procedures.

On receipt of a client’s instructions, Network compiles a yacht-specific charter license profile, covering everything needed from company formation to  charter licenses and Cruising Permits, depending on your specific requirements.  The charter license profile is intended to make things as simple and user-friendly as practically possible, with the ultimate aim of making your yacht operations in Spain run smoothly and efficiently.

It has been confirmed by the Balearic Government, who control charter legalities for Mallorca and Ibiza, that they will continue to license non-EU flagged yachts – it just takes a little longer as they have to scrutinise every document that we present to them.  Most non-EU flagged yachts have a non-EU owning operating company (i.e.  “offshore”), which may present some complications.  Network has now developed a relatively easy and cost-effective system designed to streamline the non-EU process.
