Founded over 35 years ago
by Patricia Bullock. Since Spain’s entry into the Single EU Market in 1993, the company has specialised in a wide range of administrative procedures relating to Yachting in Spain.

Patricia Bullock
Managing Director
Patricia is the Founder and Managing Director of Network Marine Consultants. Known to her team as “the Guru”, and as a result of over 30 years’ experience, she is an acknowledged specialist in the field of all things applicable to general yachting administration in Spain. She is, as such, often invited to speak at major international conferences on the subject of yachting and chartering and has been instrumental in lobbying for the changes made to the law relating to matriculation tax in Spain. Her dedication to the yachting sector is also apparent in that she is the Founder and Vice-President of the sail training charity Fundacion de Joves Navegants de Balears. Patricia sits on the Board of AENIB, the Association of Balearic Nautical Businesses.

Patricia Asín
Network Team
Is native of “Palma de Mallorca”, Pati, as she is known to clients and the Network team, has lived and studied abroad for the purpose of extending her knowledge of languages, whilst immersing herself in different cultures and ways of living. Prior to starting her career in the nautical industry, Pati worked for ten years as a flight stewardess, travelling around many countries. • The experience and knowledge she has gained, working in Network Marine Consultants since 2011, is helping her every day to offer our clients a reliable and efficient/friendly service.
Lisa Keenan
Network Team
Joined us in 2018 after a lengthy career in superyacht crew recruitment. She has lived in Mallorca for many years and has been involved in the yachting industry ever since, both professionally and through her husband. Her experience working with Captains, crew and management companies in her previous role has given her a great insight into the industry. Lisa says the most fulfilling aspects of working at Network are building strong relationships with clients and getting new yachts properly licensed.
